What you get

ActualHumanTake is a review service. You send us a product and a human uses it, forms an opinion, and writes a review. The target turnaround is 12 hours. It is a target, not a guarantee.

The service is free during early access. We may change limits, pause submissions, or stop offering the service at any time.

Honest means honest

Reviews are subjective and human. We may say things you do not like, including that a product is not ready, confusing, or overpriced. We do not accept payment for a positive review, and we do not guarantee a particular rating or outcome.

Public or private

You choose whether the finished review may be public when you submit. If you choose public, you grant us permission to publish the review and the product details you submitted on this site and to let search engines index it. If you choose private, we will not publish it.

You are responsible for keeping your receipt token secret. Anyone with the token can read a private review.

What you should not send

• Illegal products or content, malware, or phishing.
• Adult content, hateful content, or anything harmful to minors.
• Confidential information, passwords, API keys, or personal data about other people. If we need a demo login, create a temporary one.
• Spam, duplicate requests, or attempts to overload the API.

We may reject or remove a request at our discretion, especially if it violates these terms or looks abusive.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to provide the review and, if you chose public, to publish the review and product details. We will never publish your email address.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a review will be error-free, complete, or useful for your specific decision. You are responsible for what you do with the feedback.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActualHumanTake is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
